COVID-19 Vaccination Card Upload Deadline

All Fist Fest attendees, including those purchasing Day Passes, will be required to present proof that they received their final COVID-19 vaccination at least four (4) weeks prior to the beginning of the weekend.

Vaccination must be completed and uploaded to our site at least four (4) weeks prior to the event or your rooms and passes will be cancelled. The specific deadline dates are:

How to upload your COVID-19 Vaccination Card if you already registered for the Weekend.

If you have not registered for the weekend, STOP! Click here to Register.

The LOGIN page on the this website has been updated to allow registered attendees to upload COVID-19 vaccination cards.

To upload your card, please complete the following steps:

  1. Click the LOGIN option from the top navigation bar.
  2. Log in with your credentials. You must use the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS you used when you registered for the Weekend. If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of the page.
  3. Once logged in, you will land on your Member Information page.
  4. Click the button labeled "Upload COVID-19 Vaccination Card".
  5. Complete the form and select your image from your computer
  6. Click the button labeled “UPLOAD IMAGE” to finish the upload.

You will be returned to your Member Information page and you should be able to see the image you uploaded.

If you can see your vaccination card image, you are done. We will review and validate your vaccination card. If you DO NOT see your image, you MUST TRY YOUR UPLOAD AGAIN to meet the required deadlines.

How to check your uploaded card validation status

Vaccination card verification IS DONE BY A HUMAN. The process is not automated. Please be patient.

When we have reviewed and verified your COVID-19 vaccination card, we will update your account. PLEASE LOG BACK ON to the website and check for a message that says "VACCINATION CARD VERIFIED!" If you see this message, then you are set. If you do not see this message, keep checking the website or contact us for an update.
